The four poster bed in the last image is located in the fetish studio, but
can be dressed to be used for glamour and other non fetish themes.

The glamour studio is on the ground floor. A majoritively black painted floor with a number of rugs that
can be rearranged to suit your theme and predominantly white walls including a large white brick wall
(great as a stand alone backdrop) and white ceiling, great for bouncing lights around. Other walls include
a bright orange feature wallpaper and a neutral brown/beige setting. Items can be rearranged to create
different sets. There are a number of bedding sets, wall art and ornaments to vary set designs.

The standing cage in the last image is located in the glamour
studio, but is covered with a curtain when not in use.

The fetish studio is on the first floor. The dark background is great for moody/alternative & fetish shoots,
but versatile also for glamour also. The main wall is a painted black brick wall, the second in a deep red and
a large alcove covered in a white padded leather effect wallpaper - all great as stand alone backdrops.
The majority of the floor is covered in black PVC sheeting. Great for messy shoots inc WAM/splosh & W/S
(please be aware that we do not have shower facilities, hot water can only be achieved from the kettle). Items
can be easily moved to vary sets. There are also a number of smaller implements to set a fetish scene.

There is a semi private yard with seating that can be used as a smoking area or for shoots of many
styles. Some areas can be used for adult/fetish stills, but details must be discussed prior to shooting
inside the building so as adult talk is not heard by the neighbours. Prior notice must be given to the
studio if you intend to use the yard in this way so that preparations can be made to make it
more private. It is not suitable for adult video with audio of an adult/fetish nature.
They can be moved easilly to other areas of the studio if you wish to have a monochrome or different coloured background.
Can be moved to other areas or have a screen added to create a more colourful set. Many rugs, cushions & ornaments are also available to enhance this.
The background screens can be interchanged to create different looks, but one must be used to hide the unsightly electric meter.

This is a gym standard 'X Pole'. Safe & secure to use by professional dancers and a great prop for the less experienced in both glamour and alternative themes. Screens & backdrops can provide a more colourful background.
Changing the angle can add a little dimension to pole shots. The stairs alone make a nice background for all styles including portrait, fashion, glamour & alternative.

PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS BED IS LOCATED WITHIN THE FETISH STUDIO. Very versatile for boudoir/glamour shoots too. There are many different coloured bedding sets, rugs, wall canvases and ornamental items that can be used to create different looks.
The frame is strong enough to tie ropes to, but we don't recommend suspension. We also have a red pvc sheet available. Wall art, rugs and props can also be changed for different looks.
Secured safely to the wall with waist belt and o-rings to tie to. The adjustable height stools are perfect for CP. Please ask for advice regarding comfortable use if unsure. The cross can also be moved to use the black brick wall with metal fixings and chain to secure to.
The board can be rotated to feature a whiteboard instead. Chalks & pens are available for you to showcase your own text.
Interchange wand holder and press. All horizontal bars are adjustable in height and can be rearranged to suit your requirements.
Stretch across the width of the studio and can be used in as many ways as you can imagine. Strong enough for sturdy restraint, but not recommended for suspension.
With ankle, wrist and collar fastenings. We have many caribiners that can be used.
We keep this folded away, so please ask if you require its use. 2 access doors, front and side. Please be aware this is a fairly small size.
Adjustable head and foot board. The chains can be repositioned through its many o-rings and hooks to your liking.
With zip opening at the chest and crotch. Features fastenings on the inside to secure arms, outside belts running the length and side tabs to secure to the bed.
Great for foot worship etc. Can be moved in front of other backgrounds for a different look. Also great for portrait, glamour and other themes.
Great for restraint. Can also be used in the glamour studio.
'Hidden' in the glamour studio. Fastens with a chain and padlock.
The awning can be kept rolled in to let in more natural light.
Offers a dry smoking area.
Please ask us to get the cushions out if you wish to use this.
This hides unsightly drains to provide a decorative look throughout the yard.
This area can be privatised from the neighbours to allow nudity. Please give advance notice if you wish to use it in this way so we can set up the canopy. Please discuss any adult themes before entering the yard as respect to the neighbours.
This is comfortable to sit on without any sharpness to the bench top. Please be careful with any loose clothing near the gabion and stones.
